Popular Summer Camp Returns to Lexington

Empow Studios has added four new locations to its summer 2015 technology camp schedule, including the familiar Lexington Studio location - bringing the total to seven in the greater Boston area - in an effort to better address the growing demand for kids to learn computers and design.
“In 2014, over 400 children participated in our camps, which were often at capacity,” says Leonid Tunik, founder and CEO of Empow Studios. “With such overwhelming interest, we knew it was time to expand and bring our unique creative technology camp to even more children this summer.”
During the five-day camp, kids ages 7-13 can make videos and animations, learn to code, make video games, build robots, and try out digital design and music. They can go deep and focus on one technology, or go wide and try them all, combining several disciplines into one epic project.
