Hi Everyone - we are now offering both Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga right in Arlington Center.  Try your first class for free!

PRENATAL YOGA Logistics:
Class Time: Sundays 5 p.m.
Duration: 75 minutes
Cost: $60/4-week session (due first class of the month), or drop in for $20

POSTNATAL YOGA Logistics:
Class Time: Fridays 1 p.m.
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: $60/4-week session (due first class of the month), or drop in for $20
