Acting Improvisation is a form of theater where the characters, plot, and dialogue in a scene are created collaboratively by the actors on the spot. Actors learn to work as a team, think on their feet, and take creative risks. Improv is a great tool for any actor, and above all, it is FUN!

Session I: Into to Improv

Learn the basics of acting without a script and thinking on your feet! This session will focus on physical creativity, object manipulation, and short-form improvisation games.

Session II: The Next Level

Expanding upon the skills learned in Session I, this class will delve into more complex improv games, including short group scenes and skits.

Session III: Putting It All Together*

This class will incorporate the skills from the previous two sessions, and actors will be guided in performing long-form scenes without a script!

*Participation in at least one of our previous sessions, or equivalent improv training, is required as a pre-requisite for this class.
