Special Lexington Town Meeting Begins On October 14; Citizen's Petitions Due August 20

At their August 10 meeting, the Select Board voted to call for a Special Fall Town Meeting to begin on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 7:30 PM via remote participation.

The vote also opened the Special Fall Town Meeting Warrant for citizen petitions. Petitioners must gather 100 signatures for their petition and make an appointment to return their petitions to the Select Board Office.

The deadline to submit petitions is Thursday, August 20 at 4:00 PM. Requests for appointment should be made by Wednesday, August 19.
