Last Friday, the Minuteman boys’ tennis team with a dominant win over Watertown High School. LHS picked up a 5-0 sweep in a match that was never in doubt. Able to rest some of their top-tier players, the Minutemen didn’t drop a single set, winning each 6-0, 6-0.
On Tuesday, , taking down Burlington High School by 11 goals. Celebrating senior day, LHS has seven seniors on the roster, jumped out to a 3-0 lead and never looked back.

On Wednesday, Lexington’s softball team against Medford High School. There were 27 combined runs, 31 hits and a total of five lead changes by the time the Mustangs pulled out the 14-13 victory. Medford coach Jack Dempsey is a Lexington resident and his assistant and daughter Jackie played for the Minutemen.
