Everyone would like to move effortlessly and enjoy effective workouts. This anatomy-infused Body Mapping and Barre class will help you attain this goal. Learn to blend awareness of the body's design for movement with the precision and control of Barre exercises such as plie and releve. Feel grounded and supported through your hips to be able to move your legs more easily. Come learn more about how your body moves and how to use it in your life and in class. Please bring a yoga mat, socks (or barre socks) and water.

Myra Green is a STOTT certified Pilates instructor and a Barre teacher. The art and practice of these exercises leads to a stronger core, improved postural alignment and more graceful movement.
Vanessa Breault Mulvey is a licensed Andover Educator who teaches Body Mapping to guide clients to refine movement to overcome pain and limitation.

Danielle’s seminars are conducted in a way that relates and applies to your daily life, allowing you to absorb a large amount of valuable information in a short period of time and in an easy to understand format.
