Several articles were on the agenda for Thursday night's Zoning Board Appeals meeting. Here is a rundown of deliberations from the meeting.

A request for a special permit granting larger signs for Barrett and Sullivan law firm on Massachusetts Avenue was approved, after the committee decided on removing the phone number from the presented sign and allowing a size of 28 by 42 inches.

Residents of Bedford Street were granted a special permit to allow modification to their house.

A variance to allow a setback reduction of eight and a half feet to a front yard was granted to a Payson Street resident.

Other setback concerns along with runoff problems were also nullified when the board granted a Robbins Road resident a variance for a new driveway.
