• Northeast Public Power Association Obtains Decommissioned Substation to Upgrade Training Capabilities (publicpower.org) — Littleton is home to NEPPA’s training center, which just received a modern decommissioned substation donated via Littleton Electric Light and Water Department to upgrade hands-on instruction. Starting this fall, apprentice and substation students will train on contemporary equipment, strengthening the skills of workers who serve public power utilities across New England.
