I built a free outdoor escape game in our town and wanted to share it with the community.

The Staff of Ministry — Longmeadow, MA is a free, phone-guided adventure that starts at Bliss Park and winds through town. Real local history + puzzles + a magical story.

You play on your phone, no booking or app needed. Family-friendly but with some actual puzzle meat — ciphers, maps, hidden clues around historic sites.
