• Scammer posing as FTC agent arrested in Ludlow (wwlp.com) — Ludlow police recently arrested a man accused of scamming an elderly resident out of thousands of dollars by posing as a Federal Trade Commission agent. Investigators coordinated with the victim to lure the suspect back to town, leading to his arrest and high bail. Police are urging residents to never share personal information over the phone and to report suspected scam calls immediately.
