Chamber Hosts Healthy Living Expo Saturday
Second annual event will have everything from a flu clinic to a visit from Bruins mascot Blades.

The second annual Healthy Living Expo will be held Saturday at the Americal Civic Center in Wakefield.
Sponsored by the Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce, the free event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include events for all ages. There will be kid's games and activities, and from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Bruins mascot Blades will pay a visit. In addition, there will be child safety I.D. cards, health screenings, Speakers from Community Healthy Living Services, and nutrition, lifestyle and fitness resources.
The Wakefield Board of Health will hold a flu clinic from 10 a.m. until noon. Lahey Health will have a presentation at 11:30 a.m. called, The Difference Between Urgent Care and Emergency Care. Melrose Wakefield Hospital will have a presentation on Occupational Healthy Tips at 12:30.
