Demolition Work Beginning At Former Perley Burrill Site

Starts Monday and will go 7-10 days to complete.

The Town of Lynnfield will be commencing work at the former Perley Burrill site, 906 Salem Street, on Monday, June 26.
Work will consist of the demolition of the buildings located on the right side of the lot as seen from Salem Street. The buildings will be demolished on accordance with and asbestos abatement plan developed by an environmental engineering firm hired by the Town and monitored by a consultant hired by the Town and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The buildings will be demolished and the debris disposed of at an off-site location. The project is expected to take 7- 10 days to complete.
