  • run by a certified personal trainer
  • high intensity cardio and resistance training (mostly using your own body weight)
  •  burn off a ton of calories in the morning and you’ll kick your metabolism into high gear for the rest of the day!
  • all you need is water and a towel – the instructor and the rest of the class will provide the motivation, in case yours is running low
  • first time boot-campers:  these classes are meant for you to go at your own pace; the harder you work, the stronger you’ll get
