An Evening with Floral Designer Bert Ford
Presented by the Village Home & Garden Club of Lynnfield // Monday, Sept. 14, 2015 at 7pm // Location: The Lynnfield Meeting House

The Village Home & Garden Club of Lynnfield welcomes all to the first event of our 2015–2016 season on Monday, September 14th, featuring Bert Ford, one of New England’s leading floral designers. The event will be held at The Meeting House on the Lynnfield Common. Doors will open at 7:00 PM and Mr. Ford’s presentation and demonstration will begin at 7:30 PM. There is no charge for members. A guest fee of $10 includes light refreshments plus the opportunity to win one of Bert Ford’s beautiful arrangements raffled off at the end of the evening.
Bert delights in creating different and unique floral designs, incorporating nature, art and today’s trends into his work. During his presentation and demonstration, Bert will use fresh and permanent botanicals, plants and other materials to design exquisite floral arrangements for fall harvest décor and entertaining, followed by a touch of the holiday season.
Bert Ford AIFD, PFCI was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) in 2001 and into the Professional Floral Communicators International (PFCI) in 2010. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Plant Science, he is the owner of Ford Flower Company in Salem, NH.

This program is just the first of many enjoyable and educational home and garden activities and social events the Club has lined up from September through June.
We gladly welcome new members to join us for the 2015–2016 season of the Village Home & Garden Club of Lynnfield. Applications will be available at the door.

From September to June, the Village Home & Garden Club of Lynnfield meets monthly on a variety of home and garden activities. The Club also spearheads several annual events including the decorating of the Lynnfield Library for the holidays and “Art in Bloom” in the Spring.
