A Healthy Lynnfield announces the launch of their Caring Adult Academy. This free webinar series is designed to equip parents, caregivers, educators, and other trusted adults with the knowledge and practical tools to better support the young people in their lives.

The other healthy living coalitions participating in this effort are: Healthy Peabody Collaborative, Tri-Town Community Council, Peabody Promise, and the North Reading Community Impact Team.
The first session is titled, “What Kids Need From Us: Substance Use, Mental Health, and the Power of Supportive Adults.” Presenter Jason Kilmer, PhD will explore research on alcohol and cannabis use, their connection to mental health and student wellbeing, and the important role that prevention and community support play in helping our youth thrive.
