Lynnfield Catholic Collaborative Builds Beds For Needy Children

LYNNFIELD – On Feb. 16, 33 students from OLA School, and the St. Maria Goretti and Our Lady of the Assumption faith formation programs spent their Saturday morning building, sanding, and painting 10 beds for “A Bed for Every Child” initiative of the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless. This is part of the Lynnfield Catholic Collaborative’s continuing support of the program. Last December, they raised $10,233.16 for it, which is enough to cover the cost of 41 beds for needy children.
