Lynnfield Resident Amy Torf Feinberg Attends Torf Family Residence Dedication

Deborah Torf Golden and Amy Torf Feinberg were on hand for the dedication ceremony of the Torf Home at the Leonard Florence Center for Living (LFCL). The Torf Home is one of ten homes that make up the Center, which is the first urban model Green House® skilled nursing facility in the country. The LFCL features individual kitchens on every floor, spacious private rooms with windows, fireplace living rooms and amenities such as spa, café, library, NY style deli and more.

Over the years, the Torf family, owners of the Torf Funeral Service in Chelsea, a privately owned business for more than 80 years, has very generously contributed to the Leonard Florence Center for Living, the Jeffrey and Susan Brudnick Center for Living, the Harriett and Ralph Kaplan Estates and the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home. All residences are part of the Chelsea Jewish Foundation. Deborah and Amy, as well as their families, have been loyal supporters – and tremendous friends – to the Foundation.

The Chelsea Jewish Foundation, a highly respected leader in senior living, employs over 1000 people and provides care to over 800 individuals daily, with campuses in Chelsea and Peabody, MA. Offering a full continuum of services, the Chelsea Jewish Foundation (www.chelseajewish.org) is redefining senior care and re-envisioning what life should be like for those living with disabling conditions. The eldercare community includes a wide array of skilled and short-term rehab residences, traditional and specialized assisted living options, memory care, independent living, adult day health, geriatric care management, home care, personal care and hospice agencies that deliver customized and compassionate care
