Lynnfield Road Work Begins Monday

The Lynnfield Department of Public Works announced Thursday that work will begin the week of June 18 (weather permitting) on the resurfacing of the following streets: Kimberly Terrace, Goldenrod Lane, Grey Lane (Yorkshire Drive to Chatham Way), and Essex Street (Yorkshire Drive to Pillings Pond Road).

Please expect detours on these streets especially the week of June 18. Work on Essex Street will not begin until June 21 when school will be out of session. Please follow signage carefully.

At times these streets will be gravel and will have raised structures. For your safety and the safety of workers please travel cautiously on these streets. These streets will take approximately 2 months to complete, weather permitting.
