Police To Discuss New ERIN Program Monday
New Reverse 911 system also on the agenda at Senior Center presentation.

The Lynnfield Police Department will discuss reverse 911 Code Red and the new ERIN program at the Senior Center Monday, Jan. 29 at 10 a.m. Both residents and non-residents are welcome to come learn about the new systems in Lynnfield and how they work.
Reverse 911 allows you to quickly receive messages in the event of an emergency. The new ERIN Program provides emergency responders information about residents with autism, Alzheimer’s, or any other medical condition that could be of assistance to first responders when answering a call.
The information submitted to the department is kept secure in the records of the Lynnfield Police Department and is not public. It is accessed when responders are dispatched to a home that has voluntarily provided this information.

Caregivers may provide any information they wish that may be helpful to first responders that will be responding to their home. This may range from triggers to hiding places. Pictures are encouraged.
