The Reading Municipal Light Department reports a power outage on Highland Ave, following an earlier one in the Bancroft Street area. The Bancroft outage was needed to safely make emergency repairs to the electrical system. RMLD reported on its Twitter site that the Highland Ave. issue has been repaired. In addition, RMLD was reporting a broken pole on Tapley Road that needed to be replaced. RMLD crews restored power to that area. Photo from RMLD Twitter
