LYNNFIELD – At the morning Mass on Sunday, Sept. 16, Father Tony Luongo, Lynnfield Catholic Collaborative's Parochial Vicar, bestowed a special blessing on St. Maria Goretti's catechists as they begin a new year of religious education classes. These teachers volunteer their time and talents to share their faith with the next generation. Following Mass, parishioners enjoyed the annual Pancake Breakfast in the parish hall. Neighbors caught up on community news, kids had unstructured time to socialize with friends, and families enjoyed a big Sunday breakfast together without having to do any dishes.
