Drug Possession, Firearms, And Car Thefts: Malden Police Log

MALDEN, MA — The following reports were received by Malden Police between Thursday, Sept. 17 and Wednesday, Sept. 23.

Thursday, Sept. 17

1:52 p.m. — Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on the corner of Hills Circuit and Walnut Street that resulted in a misdemeanor charge.

5:23 p.m. — Justin Mokler was arrested on the charges of Class A drug possession and Class B drug possession with intention to distribute after police responded to a report of shoplifting at Stop and Shop on 99 Charles St.

Friday, Sept. 18

6:06 a.m. — Police received a report of larceny at 25 Warren Ave. that resulted in a misdemeanor charge.

2:34 p.m. — Police received a report of a motor vehicle theft at 224 Kennedy Drive that resulted in a felony charge.

Saturday, Sept. 19

10:04 a.m. — Schnighter Conte, of 38 Newton St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant at Eastern Bank on 140 Ferry St.

10:11 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at 551 Broadway.

Sunday, Sept. 20

8:32 a.m. — Police responded to a report of fraud at 20 Glenmere Ave. that resulted in a felony charge.

12:01 p.m. — Police received a report of a robbery at Stop and Shop on 99 Charles St. that resulted in a felony charge.

Monday, Sept. 21

2:19 p.m. — Joseph Atkins, of 38 Philips St., was arrested on the charges of prevention order violation and having a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling after police responded to a report of a disturbance at 26 Holyoke St.

2:21 p.m. — Police responded to a report of fraud at 110 Pleasant St. that resulted in a felony charge.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

7:23 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance on 30 West St.

7:37 p.m. — Police made an arrest at 84 Wentworth St.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

8:54 a.m. — Michael Solimine, of 19 Hancock St., Everett, was arrested on the charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, Class E drug possession, larceny less than $1,200, and and receiving stolen property after police conducted a follow-up investigation on 107 Cross St.

9:15 p.m. — Kalee Gorman, of 330 Medford St., was arrested on the charges of Class B drug possession, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, and a license plate violation after police conducted a motor vehicle stop on the corner of Madison Street and Medford Street.
