Back By Popular Demand, the 16th Annual Malden Y Bench Press Competition will be held Saturday March 26th. Weigh in begins @ 9:00 am Sharp. Bench Shirts may be used.
Divisions Youth, Adult (open), Masters (50-60), Junior masters (40-50) Women open and women masters (40 plus), plus Grand masters 60+
Entry Fee only $25.00
Tee shirts will be given out to the first 30 registered! Trophies for the 1st and 2nd place finishers in the open and youth divisions. 1st 2nd 3rd place awarded for all other divisions
