Revere Hit-And-Run Victim Dies, Driver ID'd
The woman was resuscitated at the hospital late Monday night but died from her injuries, according to state police.
REVERE, MA — The woman struck in a hit and run Monday night has died, according to reports. Police have also identified the alleged driver.
State Police searched for the driver who struck a pedestrian on Route 145 and took off. Police said the crash happened around 8:30 p.m. The victim was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said. They said later Monday night she had been resuscitated and was in critical condition. Police then said Tuesday morning she had died. Her identity has not been released.
The vehicle is described as a dark-colored - possibly blue or black - SUV. It may have body damage.
