Frank Says Hi Scholarship recipients

Frank Says Hi would like to congratulate Nicholas Gramolini from Pope John XXIII High School, Mirkens Paul, Megan Gilligan, Matthew Perry from Malden High School and Ronald J Agostinelli from Boston, this year’s scholarship recipients. Frank Says Hi was founded by the friends and family of Frankie DeCandia, a 22 year old Malden, MA resident who lost a courageous battle with leukemia in 2008.
