Grand Opening in Revere!

When I left my previous firm in January, I had no clue where my journey would take me. I opened my laptop and started to research. I had managed law firms the past 8 years and obtained a wealth of knowledge, so opening my own practice seemed like the obvious choice. When scouting out a location to open my office, I had to take several things into consideration. Courts, accessibility, affordability, visibility, and the proximate to my girlfriend's house (having major surgery scheduled) were all needs. My search led me to some office space available on Broadway. When I came to the office, I felt right at home. This office space met all of my needs and came fully furnished. At first, I focused on what was on the inside of the office. But quickly after opening the doors in March, I found a community that was vibrant, diverse, involved, and more importantly in need of a full service law firm.

I came up with the motto "Our community is our business" to showcase my firm’s desire to assist businesses and the people of Suffolk, Middlesex and Essex Counties with most of their legal needs from start to finish.

·         If someone in Revere wants to buy a house and has issues with their credit score, my firm would assist this person with credit repair services (which includes educating our clients on credit and preparing a plan), debt settlement services, and can conduct their closings or represent them at the closing.

·         If a business in Malden is looking to expand but has excessive account receivables, my firm would assist this business with reviewing their agreements/contracts, offering collection services, which would include telephone collections and litigation, and we would continue to recover on the Judgment until it is satisfied.

·         My firm also files Motions to Seal Criminal Records, when we are hired to do a Motion to Seal a Criminal Record, we offer a complimentary resume review and interview preparation services.

From credit repair services to motions to seal criminal records, my firm understands that a healthy community is good for all.

The elected officials in Revere understand that their community is their business.  You can see this through all of the programs they have to offer. They understand that with having a body of people that are ready, active, and willing, success can be ours. They understand that educating their citizens is a tool, not a problem. I was able to take part with the Get Your Business Online initiative that included working with the students of Revere High; I was able to take part in the Shadow Day that included working with the students in Revere’s Interact Club; and I was able to take part in Revere Shines. All of these great programs were designed to mix the old with the new and to bring the community together. Revere and their bordering cities are diverse, thriving, and inclusive and I am happy to be part of this community.

To finish this up, I want to share my firm’s areas of focus. My firm practices civil litigation, immigration law, business law, family law, landlord/tenant matters, real estate law, and some criminal matters.
