Help Malden Police ID Male Who Allegedly Sexually Accosted High-School-Aged Female

Malden Police are looking for the male, pictured above, who allegedly sexually accosted a high-school-aged female on the bike path at Cross Street in Malden at about 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2.

The suspect was described as a black male in his late teens to early 20s, wearing a striped T-shirt, a backpack or sling bag and headphones. The bicycle was described as an older model, 10-speed bike that is dark in color with curved handlebars.

Anyone with information or who may have been in the area at the time of the incident is asked to contact Malden Police at 781-397-7181.

According to police, Chief Kevin Molis has dedicated additional resources to this case and to prevent similar incidents.
