Malden City Hall Departments Will Reopen On Fridays

The departments were closed on Fridays over the summer while they moved to temporary locations.

MALDEN, MA – Malden City Hall departments will soon follow a regular schedule during the week after months of closing on Fridays.

Effective Monday, Nov. 7, Malden City Hall will revert to its schedule prior to July. The revised schedule was implemented over the summer while departments were temporarily moved from 200 Pleasant St. during demolition of the old City Hall.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. - Noon

City offices will be closed for the Veterans Day on Friday, Nov. 11. The library, schools, Malden Teen Enrichment Center (MTEC), senior center, police, fire, cemetery and recreation departments will continue to operate on their regular schedule and are not affected by the change.
