Malden Library Employee Celebrated for 45 Years on Job
Marjorie Glennon started in 1972!
Marjorie Glennon was recognized this week for 45 years of outstanding service to the Malden Public Library.
Glennon started out at the library in 1972 as a student messenger in the Converse Memorial building. She became a full-time employee in 1978.
Mayor Gary Christenson joined Malden Public Library Director Dora St. Martin and Library staff celebrated Glennon by presenting her with a citation "in recognition of her dedicating her entire career to providing quality customer service to all patrons utilizing the Library."
