MALDEN, MA – Sure, it may not be Halloween yet, but it's never too early to get into the Christmas spirit.
Malden city officials get it, and that's why they're reaching out to residents to donate the city's Christmas tree, as is tradition.
According to the city website, the tree must be 20 feet or taller; it will be cut down Thanksgiving weekend. Those interested in donating are asked to contact DPW Director Bob Knox at rknox@cityofmalden.org.
