Malden Resident Awarded $1,500 Simon Youth Foundation Community Scholarship

Simon Malls and Simon Premium Outlets in New England recently announced that 26 high school seniors, including Summar Coneeny of Malden, were awarded Simon Youth Foundation Scholarships totaling more than $80,000. Coneeny will continue her education this fall at University of Massachusetts- Lowell with help from Liberty Tree Mall and the Simon Youth Foundation (SYF), a national non-profit organization dedicated to helping at-risk students graduate high school and to providing scholarship opportunities for college-bound students

Scholarship recipients attended a celebratory reception on Wednesday, July 20th at Burlington Mall in Burlington, Massachusetts.
