Malden Road Race 10k: Road Closures, Route, More

MALDEN, MA — This Sunday morning will be the first Malden Road Race 10k. The race, touted as the first annual, will be presented by Idle Hands and Bantam Cider. The race is from 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., and will impact traffic.

The race starts at 240 Commercial St. (Piantedosi Baking Co). Runners turn right on Medford St, right on Fellsway East, right on Washington St, right on Glenwood St, left on Summer St, right on Pleasant St, left on Highland Ave, left on Charles St, right on Commercial to finish line.

The Department of Conservation and Recreation will be closing Fellsway East in Malden between Medford Street and Washington Street between 9-11 a.m. A police detail will be on site.
