Malden Stands With Charlottesville
"While we are not in Virginia, each one of us right here in Malden can play a part in the healing process."

MALDEN, MA — The City of Malden posted on its Facebook that it stands with the community of Charlottesville, VA, in light of the horrifying events over the weekend.
The City of Malden stands in solidarity with the community of Charlottesville, VA. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers extend to the families of those who lost their loved ones in such a tragic way and to all in the community who suffer – emotionally, physically or spiritually by the violence and hatred. As we move forward with our own lives, we must not hesitate to take a moment and reflect on what has made this country great. While we are not in Virginia, each one of us right here in Malden can play a part in the healing process.
