The State Primary is Thursday, Sept. 8. Here's what you need to know about voting in Malden.

Who can I vote for?

There are five races on the Democratic ballot, three of which are uncontested. The other two are the 6th District Councillor race (Terrence Kennedy, Stephen Borelli, and Richard DiMeo) and Middlesex County Sheriff race (Peter Koutoujian and Barry Kelleher).

There is one Republican on the ballot: Vincent Lawrence Dixon for 5th Middlesex District Senator in General Court.
