Malden Superintendent in Running for Saugus Superintendent Position
Malden Superintendent Dr. David DeRuosi is still in the running to lead Saugus' schools.
SAUGUS, MA—Malden superintendent Dr. David DeRousi could have a new position in the coming months.
DeRousi is one of four remaining candidates to fill the Saugus Superintendent position, as decided in the March 28 special meeting of the Saugus School Committee. The candidates are vying to fill the seat left by Michael Tempesta currently filled by Dr. Matthew Malone.
The Superintendent Search committee was formed with 19 school and town employees and officials.
