Here's everything you need to know about parking through the winter and in snow emergencies in Malden.
Winter parking restrictions remain in effect through April 1 in Malden.
The general rule in Malden is even-side parking only, but there are exceptions! Want to know if your street is affected? Check below.
- If you park on a street where you are always required to park on the odd side, then continue as usual.
- If you are a homeowner/tenant with off-street parking access, such as a garage or a driveway, you may be ticketed if you don't use the off-street parking.
- If you are parking within a business district, you may park on both sides unless it's a snow emergency.
If there is a snow emergency, then you cannot park on either side of the street on any street indicated below.

In a snow emergency, you can park at the following lots. In general you must leave two hours after the snow emergency is over.
