A male bicyclist was struck and killed by a garbage truck Wednesday afternoon in Malden’s Linden Square, according to NECN.
The crash occurred in front of the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lynn Street. The bicyclist was run over and crushed by the garbage truck, according to reports.
Authorities are in the process of identifying the victim.
