“I’m very proud of our team for what they’ve accomplished this year, finishing the regular season with an overall record of 15-5, the best in school history,” said Mystic Valley head coach Tony Ferullo. “From top to bottom, we have a good deal of experience and balance at every position. They’re a great group of student athletes who take everything in stride—they don’t get too high after a win or too low after a loss. Making the tournament is every team’s number one goal each season."

“I’m ecstatic that we’ve now accomplished that feat for the fourth consecutive year. It’s a tribute to each member of our team who has worked hard from the opening night of practice through today," said Ferullo. "This is the first year we’ve ever received a bye in the first round. It will provide us a few extra days to prepare for an extremely talented opponent. This is our equivalent to March Madness and we’re loving every minute of it.”
