The funding for Massachusetts public schools is already being gutted by Charters, thus forcing the public schools to struggle to produce a quality education. Now the Yes on #2 campaign seeks to allow unlimited expansion of Charter schools under the existing laws to create a virtually unlimited financial drain on the public school systems into the indefinite future.
