Route 1 North Lanes Closed For Fuel Leak In Saugus
There is a major back-up starting near Kappy's Liquors as the evening commute gets into gear.

SAUGUS, MA — One lane of of Route 1 North is open after what state police called a minor fuel leak by a tanker near Kappy's Liquors. Police did not say when the rest of the highway is expected to be reopened, but there is a major back-up building as rush hour approaches.
The entire highway was shut down until 4:15 p.m., when the left lane opened.
