Before it was Rowe's Quary Overlook Ridge Lot 12 it was a real life haunted house. An exciting place to drive by as a youth. The rock crushing stopped and Lot complexes were started. Lot 12 is next up for approval. A 326 unit apartment building 5 stories high.

- 1. Kevin Duffy the Mayor or his designee;
- 2. Jadeanne Sica - the Ward City Councillor or his designee;
- 3. Chuck Ioven - the Planning Board Chairman or his designee;
- 4. Yem Lip - the City Engineer or his designee;
- 5. Michele Romero - the City Planner;
- 6. Debbie Burke - the Director of the Malden Redevelopment Authority
- 7. Craig Spadafora - Councillor At Large, designated by the Council President
The Jan 23rd meeting will continue Feb 6th, and is a continuation of meetings held on; Oct 3rd 2017, Feb 28th 2017, Jan 18th 2017, Jan 31 2017, & Nov 29th 2016.

- Clip of the developer's lead counsel had an opening statement that included, "we expect to walk away with site plan approval" and can be found here.
- Clip of the MRA director rebukes the counsel and redirects discussion to a more productive direction, can be found here.
- Clip of Developer's engineer is caught in a while lie by City Planner, when the developer himself admitted they did not discuss the matter, "I don't remember Revere", can be found here.

- Then the developer hears a hint of possible rejection, and states they will use the fullest extent of the law to build on Lot 12. Can be found here.
- But the Chair and City Councilor At-Large didn't appreciate the threats and responded "if you want to fly back wherever you came from, with all due respect, and bring all the lawyers in, bring em!" an closed with "Do not come into my city and threaten me with legal action and the power of a big corporation". - And when the chairman opened up the meeting to the public, some residents wanted to remind of the developer's how unpleasant it has been for some. Clip can be found below.
