SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Malden's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Malden has 17 Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Gerald A. Amirault, 60, lives at 533 Fellsway East, Malden. Convicted of eight counts of rape and abuse of a child in 1986 and seven counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1986.

James Bellard, 34, lives at 75 Wolcott St., Malden. Convicted of two counts of rape of a child with force in 2007.

Pierre A. Celestin, 56, lives at 76 Warren Ave., Malden. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2001 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2012.

Lucien H. Ferriabough, 69, lives at 166 Mountain Ave., No. 7, Malden. Convicted of one count of rape in 1977.

David E. Giacalone, 50, works at 35 Highland Ave., Malden. Convicted of aggravated rape in 1985.

Tyrone Henderson, 59, lives at 120 Salem St., No. 6, Malden. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1987 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2009.

Mark G. Katz, 54, lives at 68 Summer St., No. 324, Malden. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1988, three counts of rape and abuse of a child in 1992 and four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1992.

William P. Kelliher, 57, lives at 24 Pagum St., Malden. Convicted of two counts of rape in 1997 and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1997.

William J. Laliberte, 49, lives at 68 Summer St., No. 212, Malden. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1995.

George R. Lund Jr., 64, lives at 67 Bowman St., Malden. Convicted of one count of rape in 1977 and three counts of rape in 1979.

Gary J. Paulsen, 50, works at 105 Canal St., Malden. Convicted of one count of rape in 1999 and one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 1999.

John M. Plavetsky, 61, lives at 18 Stearns St., No. 2, Malden. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1987.

Ronald T. Reaves, 54, lives at 556 Main St., No. 7, Malden. Convicted of one count of O/S rape and abuse of a child in 2001.

Thomas V. Rose, 62, lives at 392 Pleasant St., No. 1, Malden. Convicted of one count of rape in 1975 and one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 1988.

Giovanni F. Rossi Jr., 42, works at 323 Commercial St., Malden. Convicted of two counts of rape in 2005, three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2005 and one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 2005.

Ronald E. Skidgel, 56, lives at 22 Arch St., Malden. Convicted of one count of O/S indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1990.

Richard C. Thayer, 52, has an address at 685 Broadway, No. 38, Malden. Convicted of two counts of rape and abuse of a child in 1991, one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1991 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1991.
