Support Malden PTO With Textile Recycling

Kathryn Larsen, Recycling Development Coordinator, appeared before the Malden City Council to talk about the company, Bay State Textiles and how they recently introduced a way to recycle, and support our Malden Public Schools.

The program collects footwear, clothing, accessories, linens and stuffed animals. The products can be in any condition as long as it's clean and dry. See flyer for further details.

Donation boxes are located outside each Malden School, and the program generates a rebate of $100/ton. Thousands have been raised by the different schools and we hope you will think of further helping enrich our school community

The receptions are available 24/7, 365 days a year at your local Malden school.
