Zumba's latest fitness program, Zumba®Step, is finally out!
Zumba fitness instructor, Aimee Borda was one of the small hand full of instructors that got trained this month to teach this fun and exciting class in Boston.
Zumba®Step is great for toning and strengthening your legs and butt. Zumba®Step arrived just in time to get your body ready for the summer.
Aimee will be teaching Zumba®Step at Core Cardio Fitness every Saturday morning.
