4th of July 2017 Fireworks Near Mansfield: Where To Find Them

Independence Day is quickly approaching!

MANSFIELD, MA — It's almost 4th of July and that means fireworks. But where can you go watch and when are they, anyway? We've got you covered. Mansfield doesn't set off fireworks, but there are plenty of spots to catch displays.

Foxborough

The Finish at the 50 at Patriot Place and Gillette Stadium is an all-day celebration of fitness and Independence Day. The day starts with a fitness expo and two road races that end at midfield inside the stadium. The fireworks over Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place start at 9 p.m. Parking for the event is free. Attleboro

The annual Attleboro fireworks display will be held Monday, July 3. The show is at Attleboro High School, where there will be will food vendors and entertainment. The fireworks show is at 9 p.m. The rain date is Wednesday. Click here for more information.

Sharon

Here's a look at the activities at Lake Massapoag on July 3:

  • 4:00 p.m.- Bicycle and Doll Carriage Parade - the parade will travel on Beach Street to the bandstand. (Line up at Beech Tree Park [corner of Pond St and Beach Street] at 3:45 PM, and admire all the decorations!)
  • 4 - 6 p.m. - the ReMax balloon will be set up at the high school fields (across the street from the entrance to Memorial Park Beach, with free balloon rides!
  • 4:30 - 9:30 p.m. - Lakeside Celebration, including: Face painting and craft activities, the fifth annual Sharon Food Truck Fair, live music, and more
  • 9:30 p.m. - Fireworks over Lake Massapoag

Walpole

The fireworks on the night before the fourth start at 9:30 p.m. and are launched from from the area of the center pool on School St., they can be enjoyed from anywhere in the center. of town. Prior to the fireworks is the Fire Engine Parade at 6 p.m. and celebration in the enter. Click here for more information.
