September 14
1:35 p.m. - A caller at Erin’s Center on West Street reported a person who left with a shopping cart full of items and took off towards Route 140. After police located the vehicle, Robert Boyd, 56, of Braintree, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.
2:07 p.m. - Following a car crash near the intersection of Chauncy Street and Route 140, a 53-year-old from Douglas was issued a summons for a marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger.

September 15
10:38 a.m. - Derris Allen, 20, was arrested on Chauncy Street on a warrant.

12:52 p.m. - A 48-year-old from Foxborough was issued a summons for a past shoplifting incident.
8:23 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Chauncy Street, a 27-year-old from Providence, Rhode Island, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield at an intersection.
September 16
9:00 a.m. - A 44-year-old was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
4:33 p.m. - Lost prevention at Best Buy reported a shoplifter. The suspect, a 53-year-old from Brockton, was issued a summons for shoplifting by asportation (fourth offense).
10:21 p.m. - A 61-year-old was taken into protective custody.
11:40 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Oakland Street, a 25-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motorcycle.
September 17
6:04 a.m. - A 24-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. Another 24-year-old was arrested on a warrant.
