• From rubble to rescue: Mass. firefighters train to save lives trapped in collapse (firerescue1.com) — Mansfield firefighters are part of a select group from across Massachusetts completing an intensive 80-hour technical rescue program in Bridgewater, learning how to save people from collapsed buildings and heavy debris. The free state-run course covers cutting through reinforced concrete, stabilizing failing structures, and advanced rescue techniques that could directly benefit Mansfield residents during future emergencies.
