Longhorn Steakhouse to Face Liquor License Violation Hearing
The selectmen will hold the public hearing Wednesday night at 7 p.m.

Selectmen will hold a public hearing Wednesday night for an alleged liquor violation from Longhorn Steakhouse on West Street.
According to the selectmen’s agenda, the item “Public Hearing With Regards To The Possible Violation By Longhorn Steakhouse, 390 West Street, With Regards To Failure To Notify Of Change In Management Of On-Premise All Alcohol License” is scheduled for 7 p.m.
In September, the selectmen said the establishment located right off of Route 140 violated their license when it served alcohol without informing the town that the manager on the license was no longer at the restaurant. The board was notified of the change on Sept. 16 when new manager Kenneth Herard notified the selectmen of the change. At the meeting, the board discovered that the previous manager was no longer with the company.
