Mansfield Man Gets Probation for Assault with Knife

A Mansfield man admitted Friday to threatening a woman with a knife in November,

David Brock, 27, was sentenced in Attleboro District Court to 18 months of probation according to the Sun Chronicle. A charge of assault by means of a dangerous weapon was continued without a finding and a second assault charge was dismissed. The charge of assault with a dangerous weapon will be dropped if he remains out of trouble.

In November, Brock was arrested after a caller on Francis Avenue told police that he went after her baby and herself with a knife.
