5:54 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Elm Street, Sean Balfe, 22, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, and speeding.
10:49 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Elm Street near McKenzi Lane, a 25-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for drugged driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
